How long does production & shipping take?
Each item is made to order in 2–5 business days, then ships with fast U.S. delivery (typically 3–7 business days). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.
Where do you ship from?
We ship across the United States, mainly from our U.S. warehouse. Some items are not always stocked in the U.S. — in that case your order ships from our warehouse in Turkey and delivery can take 7–14 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $50. Do you accept returns?
Returns aren't available on every product. Personalized / made-to-order items and opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. For any other situation, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team and we'll find the best solution.
