SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- $5.99 for orders under $50
- FREE for orders $50 and above

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- $14.99 flat rate (all order sizes)

ORDER TRACKING
- All orders include tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your package at usps.com, ups.com, or fedex.com

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

SHIPPING ISSUES
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors, family, and around your delivery area
- If still not found, contact us at support@trendmath.com within 7 days
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

ADDRESS CHANGES
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address
- After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes
